Everyone is invited to participate in the first annual Jingle Bell 5K Beer Run, happening at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Shops at Mauna Lani.
All race proceeds benefit the Hawaii Island Health Center’s Healthy Mamas program, which provides one-on-one guidance, medical care, health education, baby supplies and in-person support for pregnant mothers in need across Hawaii Island.
Race participants are encouraged to wear festive attire and “get their jingle on.”
Following the run will be a holiday market featuring costume contests, bounce houses, face painting, shave ice, selfies with Santa, a prize drawing and more.
Bring a new pack of diapers (any size) or wipes as a donation, and receive a ticket for a prize drawing. The winner receives a stay at Mauna Lani Auberge.
